No - we have both local and remote roles available.
For example, some roles like client success are better suited to being local to various equestrian communities.
It depends on the role.
For some roles, ‘been there, done that’ experience is crucial to helping us predict challenges and get ahead of them.
For other roles, experience is less important if you have the skills, initiative, and tenacity to get the job done.
You will get a sense for which job is which as you fill out the application.
One thing is for sure - we value attitude, initiative, and skills over education and certifictions.
Ideally you will be both - you will have equestrian industry experience and you will have worked with tech.
By 'work with tech' we mean:
That said, these are not required.
If you prove you can do the job, or you can apply yourself to learn the skills, we will take your application seriously.
We value those who think outside of the box.
We do not provide regular updates on your application’s status.
Why? Because we accept registrations by the Team, not by the Job.
Meaning, we are not hiring for a particular job at any one time.
Instead, we accept applications on a rolling basis for each team at the company.
Then, when a role opens up, we hire exclusively from the passionate individuals that submitted their application.
